3 weekends and a little school update

Well we have certainly been busy these last few weeks meeting lots of friends and family members, looking for work, starting school and settling in. It's been all go here but, we seem to be getting used to the swing of things and enjoying life here so far. I am so happy and amazed with Cristi he is adjusting really well to life here helped largely by his new found love for school: "mum school is so fun here and you know my teacher doesn't even hit me". It is wonderful to see him finally being encouraged by a teacher and for the moment (although it has only been a week) he itches all weekend to get back there. His reading of English is blossoming as is he, ah I am just so grateful to see this change in him and for him.
First day of school

We have had a really nice couple of weekends too. This weekend we traveled down to England so that Cristi could meet his great grandparents. It was a long drive but so worth it! We had a lovely time and ended up seeing quite a few aunts, uncles and cousins of varying great, great great, 1st and 2nd variety :)
